I'm Shaela!
I'm a documentary photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I've been taking pictures since 2011 and it's one of my favorite mediums. I believe it's part of my life's purpose to help people capture their most important moments + relationships on camera.
In my free time, you can find me knitting, journaling, meandering through my neighborhood, or trying out a local coffee shop.
I'm here to capture photos you'll cherish for the rest of your life.
You know that feeling when you're on vacation and you ask someone to take a photo of you on your iPhone in front of an epic viewpoint? And you get your phone back and the pictures are horrible? I want to create the exact opposite of that situation.
